The man accused of masturbating while asking two female students for directions earlier in January was in court Valentine’s day morning.

Joseph Jenkins, or “Scorpio Joe” as he’s also known, is still sitting in a Duval County jail cell with a bond of $77,515, according to JSO.

Jenkins was arraigned Monday morning. It is unclear what he was in court for, but he did not enter a plea yet, according to court records. Jenkins will appear in court again on March 1 at 9 a.m.

The 27-year-old allegedly drove up to two female students on campus on separate occasions and asked them for directions while he masturbated.

Jenkins’ five charges include four counts of exposing sexual organs in public, and one count of stalking without threats according to inmate records.
