A memorial service will be held for UNF student Tyler Muldoon Thursday, March 30, at 9 p.m. in Building 51 on the first floor.

Delta Sigma Pi, the co-ed business fraternity Muldoon was a member of, will be hosting the service and the dress code is business professional.

Emily Kazdin, Delta Sigma Pi President, said the service is open to everyone from the UNF community.

“We just want to get together to honor and remember Tyler,” Kazdin said.

The fraternity pledge class will also be raising money in memory of Muldoon by selling T-shirts. The funds will be used to fundraise for the service and create a memorial on campus, such as a stone paver outside the student union, for them to honor his memory.

In a statement, Delta Sigma Pi reiterated how much Muldoon will be missed.

“Our fraternity is huge on brotherhood and so was Tyler. He was an amazing example and inspiration of what a true Deltasig Brother is and how they should conduct themselves,” the statement read.

Muldoon died Sunday, March 26 from unknown causes. He was a senior in the Coggin College of International Business and member of ROTC in addition to being the vice president of pledge education for Delta Sigma Pi.
UNF students can purchase the T-shirts here and donate for the memorial service here.
