SG ‘revamps’ students with free concert
Student Government is sponsoring the 2009 REVAMP Christian Music Concert series at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 and Feb. 27 in the UNF Arena.
The concert will include performances by The Afters, Seventh Day Slumber, 10th Ave. North, KJ52 and more. For more information on artists or the event, contact SG in Building 14, room 2605.

Grad school hosts annual expo on degree programs
The Graduate School will host its annual Graduate School Expo from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. March 2 at Alumni Square in the breezeway near the Bookstore.

The expo is an opportunity to learn about graduate degree programs and admissions and to meet with program directors.

Development Center hosting ‘Girls Going Places’ event
The Small Business Development Center is hosting the 4th annual Girls Going Places entrepreneurship conference from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 27 at the University Center.

The one-day event is free and is designed to encourage financial literacy and help young girls age 15 to 18 learn about starting businesses and financial management through interactive games and hands-on activities.

Breakfast, lunch and conference materials will be provided.

Seating is limited, and forms can be downloaded at sbdc.unf.edu

Award winners announced
UNF President John Delaney announced the winners of the Winter 2008 Excellence Awards. The recipients were examples of UNF’s commitment to excellence.
