Pre-trial date set for student that drove through 7-11

Joshuah Stanley, arrested Jan. 11 after driving his vehicle through a 7-11 “of Satan,” pled not guilty on two misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief on Tuesday.

His defense is seeking a “mental health court disposition,” said his attorney Rhonda Peoples-Waters.

Stanley’s pre-trial date for the misdemeanor charges is set for Feb. 23. Additionally, he has an arraignment for a felony charge of criminal charge greater than $1000 set for Feb. 16.
