Wednesday, July 22

Health Promotions will partner with the Blood Alliance in the “Save a Life” Blood Drive from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Osprey Plaza outside of the Student Union. A photo ID is required to donate.


Thursday, July 23

The English Language Program’s (ELP) Language Partners and Activities begins at 3:30 p.m. in Building 14E, room 1722. The ELP invites students to chat and mingle with international students who are learning to speak English. Students can earn volunteer hours while practicing a language.

The Environmental Center is sponsoring Campus Cigarette Butt Clean-Up at 12 p.m. in preparation for the Smoke-Free campus regulation. The campus goes smoke-free on Aug. 1 and the Environmental Center plans to continually maintain routine butt clean-ups.


Saturday, July 25

Osprey Nation and the Office of Campus Life is hosting a “Dive-in Movie” event at the Osprey Clubhouse. There will be dinner from Moe’s at 7:30 p.m. and a showing of Let’s Be Cops (2014) accompanied by popcorn and giveaways at 8:30 p.m. Students can swim in the pool while watching the movie.

The event is free with a valid Osprey 1Card.
