UNF asks for feedback in university president search

University officials are asking for input in the search for the next president of UNF, sending students, faculty and staff a survey via Osprey Update today.

Current president John Delaney announced his retirement after 15 years in office. He plans to begin his retirement on May 30, 2018.

The survey, created by the UNF Presidential Search Committee which formed only a couple of months ago, asks questions such as, “What opportunities or challenges do you believe are most pressing for the next president of the University of North Florida?” and, “What questions would you like the Presidential Search Committee to ask potential candidates?”

In addition to the survey, the update said there will be forums advertised in future Osprey Updates for staff in the summer and students in the fall.
