Women’s tennis wins 7-0

Adding one more win to its undefeated season, the UNF women’s tennis team beat the University of Tennessee-Martin 7-0 March 9 at the UNF Tennis Complex.

Sophomore duo Lauren Holton and Victoria Krook posted an 8-3 win at the No. 3 doubles spot. Each also made straight-wins in the individual games, playing at the fifth and sixth positions.

“Our desire wasn’t there at first, but our intensity picked up and allowed us to have a good showing in singles,” head coach Rodrigo Puebla said.
