#1 Karlos Odum

Position: Forward

Year: Redshirt Freshman

Odum was redshirted last season after suffering a leg injury during preseason workouts. Before coming to UNF, Odum averaged 21 points and 6 rebounds per game for Faith Baptist Academy.


 

#2 Beau Beech

Year: Senior

Beech was selected as one of the members of the All-Atlantic Sun first team last season, and earned preseason All-Atlantic Sun and Atlantic Sun Player of the Year honors going into the 2015-2016 season. He started in all 35 games for the Ospreys in the 2014-2015 season, and became the tenth member of the 1,000 points club at UNF. He led the team with 89 three-pointers made, finishing second in the Atlantic Sun. Beech was second on the team in scoring with 12.9 points per game last year.

#3 Chase Driscoll

Position: Guard

Year: Sophomore

Coming out of Bishop Kenny High School, Driscoll played in 8 games in his freshman year for the Ospreys. His first rebound came against the Stetson Hatters. During his time at Bishop Kenny High School, Driscoll was a two-year letterwinner.


#5 CJ Fisher

Position: Guard

Year: Freshman

Before coming to UNF, Fisher was a four-year letterwinner at Monsignor Pace High School in Miami, Fla. He was a member of the All-State 1st team as a senior. During his senior season, Fisher averaged 33 points, 5 assists and 6 rebounds per game.

#10 Osborn Blount

Position: Guard

Year: Redshirt Sophomore

Last season was Blount’s first year with UNF. Before coming to UNF, he was the second leading scorer for Florida State College at Jacksonville, averaging 14.5 points per game for the Blue Wave. Blount earned first-team All-Region recognition while at FSCJ.


# 11 Trent Mackey

Position: Guard

Year: Redshirt Senior

Last season, Mackey played in all 35 games for the Ospreys with 1 start averaging 25.8 minutes per game. Mackey led the Atlantic Sun conference shooting 43.5 percent from the three-point line. The sharpshooting Mackey also drained a team-best 87 percent of his shots from the free throw line. His career-best 22 points came against Florida A&M. Before coming to UNF, Mackey played two seasons at the University of Louisiana-Monroe.

#12 Aaron Bodager

Position: Guard

Year: Redshirt Junior

Bodager played in 22 games, averaging 8.6 minutes for UNF. His season-best 12 points came against Trinity Baptist. He made 13 of 16 field goals from long distance last year. Bodager has played his entire college career for the Ospreys.


 

#14 Dallas Moore

Position: Guard

Year: Junior

Moore received honors as a member of the All-Atlantic Sun First team, Atlantic Sun All-Tournament team and NABC All-District 3 second team. He played and started all 35 games last season averaging a team high 32.5 minutes. Moore led the team in scoring with 15.8 points ranking third in the conference. Moore has played for the Ospreys for his entire collegiate career.

#15 Ismaila Dauda

Position: Center

Year:Redshirt Senior

Due to NCAA transfer rules, Dauda sat out last season. Before coming to UNF, Dauda played for Cleveland State where he appeared in 22 games averaging 0.8 points per game and 1.2 rebounds per game. Before going to Cleveland State, Dauda played two season at Polk State Junior College where he averaged 10 points per game, 10.2 rebounds per game and 1.8 blocks per game.


#22 D’Andre Bernard

Position: Forward

Year: Freshman

Before coming to UNF, Bernard played on the varsity squad at Bill Crothers Secondary School in Ajax, Ontario, Canada. During his senior season, he averaged 14.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 2.1 blocks per game.

#23 Nick Malonga

Position: Guard

Year: Redshirt Sophomore

Last season was Malonga’s first season at UNF. Before coming to UNF, Malonga played one season at McHenry County College where he averaged 21 points and 6 rebounds per game in 28 games. While at McHenry, he was a member of the NJCAA All-Region IV First-Team.


 

#32 Demarcus Daniels

Year: Senior

Daniels received honors for the Atlantic Sun Conference Defensive Player of the Year and the A-Sun Tournament MVP. He was also voted as the preseason Atlantic Sun Defensive Player of the Year for 2015-2016. Daniels played in 31 games last season, averaging 24.6 minutes off the bench. He averaged 9.3 points and 5.9 rebounds per game. Daniels led the team in blocks with 55 and offensive rebounds with 66.

#33 Romelo Banks

Position: Center

Year: Junior

Banks started in all 35 games last season. He averaged 16.9 minutes per game, scoring 5.9 points per game. Banks had a career-best 26 points versus Trinity Baptist. He will miss the beginning of the 2015-2016 season after having ankle surgery in mid-October. Banks has played his entire career for the Ospreys.


#35 Chris Davenport

Year: Junior

Davenport started in 34 of 35 games last season for UNF. He averaged 28.1 minutes per game, and led the team with 6.5 rebounds per game, ranking second in the Atlantic Sun. Davenport was the team’s field goal percentage leader last year hitting 53 percent of his shots, which ranked third in the A-Sun.
