Using stellar defense in the final two minutes of the game the UNF men’s basketball team (4-4) was able to maintain their perfect 4-0 record at home. The team came away with a 61-56 win over Bethune-Cookman (2-5) Nov. 29.

Nov. 28. The Ospreys were able to force the Chanticleers to take tough shots as they only made 25% of their shots from the field.
After losing three-straight road blowouts the UNF men’s basketball team returned home to a raucous crowd of 824 fans Nov. 23. The Ospreys hosted Wright State as they looked to end a three game losing streak that included losses to no. 3 Ohio State and no. 9 Florida.
“We will never let that happen again,” were the words spoken by men’s basketball head coach Matthew Drscoll after the teams 91-55 loss to the no. 7 Florida Gators Nov. 17. Driscoll wasn’t talking about losing by 30+ points, being out rebounded by eight rebounds, or shooting just two of fourteen from beyond the arc.
