Nov. 16 – Marijuana (Osprey Crossings)
An RLC reported the smell of marijuana to police, and when an officer showed up on scene, the student gave him permission to enter the room.
The student handed over 3.6 grams of marijuana, as well as a grinder, a scale, a glass pipe, a plastic bag and glass jars that each had marijuana residue.
Since the student was cooperative with the investigation, the officer chose not to take any legal action against him, but did refer the case to Student Conduct.
