Osprey Production’s Week of Welcome Concert Saturday will feature up and coming artists Sage the Gemini and R.LUM.R.

Sage the Gemini started on MySpace back in 2008 and his single “You Should Know” became a viral hit, reaching over three million views. In 2013, Sage the Gemini’s songs “Red Nose” and “Gas Pedal” became instant hits. Both singles reached Platinum standard.

Sage the Gemini has released only one studio album so far, “Remember Me”, back in 2014. It reached fifth place on Top Rap Albums and hit 47 on the Billboard 200. His next studio album, “Bachelor Party” is planned to be released later this year.

Rolling Stone featured R.Lum.R. in an article in June, stating he was one of the top 10 new artists people needed to listen to. R.Lum.R.’s biggest single, “Frustrated” has gotten over 15 million streams on Spotify and has been featured on the “Alternative R&B” playlist on the streaming website.

The concert will be held Saturday, Aug. 26 at 8 p.m. at the UNF Arena. Doors will open at 7:15 p.m. The concert is free for UNF students with a valid Osprey ID; otherwise it is $25 per person. Tickets are available at the UNF Box Office starting at 6 p.m. Food and beer will be available.
