Frank German earns postseason accolades

A week after being selected in the fourth round of the 2018 MLB Draft by the New York Yankees, former UNF pitcher Frank German was honored with three more awards.

Division I Baseball selected German as Second Team All-American and Rawlings-Perfect Game awarded German as Third Team All-American. German also made the American Baseball Coaches Association All-South Region Second Team All-American.

German finished this season with the best earned runs average in the ASUN with 1.58, as well as sporting an 8-3 record in 14 starts.

German is the first Osprey to earn postseason All-American honors since Corbin Olmstead in 2016.
