Martinez back in court for pre-trial

Jesse Martinez, 22, appeared at the Duval County Courthouse on Wednesday, Aug. 1 before Judge Angela Cox. In his pre-trial, Martinez waived his right to a speedy trial.

UNF Student, Jesse Martinez, was arrested on April 9.

Two weeks ago, Martinez received eight additional charges of video voyeurism. This brings a total of 10 charges to be tried against Martinez.

The University of North Florida Police Department has asked students to reach out to them if they have any further information.

Martinez is scheduled to appear in court again on Wednesday, Aug. 8.
