  • A Flying Sausage- If you love sausage this truck is for you! A Flying Sausage is known for its gourmet sausage burritos, burgers, and sliders.

  • Alma Food Truck – If you’ve ever wanted to combine Asian and Mexican cuisine into one dish, Alma’s is the truck for you. Some menu items include Mexican slaw, the Americano, Marinated Steak, and Kimchi Slaw.

  • Dagwoods Food Truck – Dagwoods may be Jacksonville’s oldest food truck but that hasn’t stopped them from creating very innovative dishes such as the Krispy Kreme Bacon Egg Cheese Burger or the ½ lb Philly Cheesesteak. Dagwoods not only offers burgers but hot dogs, tacos, and sandwiches as well.

  • Balu’s Surf Shack- Balu’s Surf Shack is a taco truck that serves everything from homemade ice cream, to Greek salad, to a NC style slowed smoked Pulled Pork Taco, and even a vegan stacked taco. Balu’s also has desserts, quesadillas, and specialty drinks.

  • Burnt Ends BBQ – Burnt Ends BBQ is not only a food truck but a restaurant as well. They offer a unique spin on traditional BBQ by smoking their meat on very low temperatures. They serve loaded fries, smoked chicken, pulled pork, or brisket, and much more.

  • Blue Pacific Grill and Taco Bar – Blue Pacific Grill and Taco Bar was not only  the winner of the “Best Global Cuisine” in 2014 but the winner of the “Best Taco” in 2015 as well. They serve a wide variety of foods from around the world. Some menu items include tacos, salads, Lumpia, and Filipino fried egg rolls.

  • Cackylacky’s – Cacklacky’s offers a unique spin on hillbilly cuisine by making it gourmet using only the freshest ingredients. Some menu items include wings, gyros, Nathan’s hot dogs, and the iconic Angus smash burger.

  • Chaunie’s Coffee & Such -There are not many trucks in Jacksonville that serve gourmet coffee but Chaunie’s Coffee & Such is one of them. Not only do they have coffees from around the world but they also make their own specialty drinks such as the Cortado and the Chemex.

  • Chew Chew Food Co. – The owners of Chew Chew Food Co. have traveled all over and they use their travels to create very unique food combinations like General Tso’s Burrito. General Tso’s Burrito is a mix of Chinese cuisine with Mexican relish.

  • Corner Taco – Corner Taco was one of the first taco food trucks in the South in 2012. They have quite a loyal following here in Jacksonville and have received numerous recognitions. Corner Taco serves tacos, burritos, quesadillas, salsas, and rice.
