A $300 Pokemon card was stolen from a vendor on the University of North Florida campus on May 30.
A non-UNF student was running a booth selling Pokémon cards and other related items on campus. During the afternoon, she left her teenage daughters to watch the booth. While she was away, a $300 Pokémon card was taken from her display, according to a university police report.
According to the police report, one of the other vendors caught someone taking a Pokémon card and putting it in their pocket on their personal booth camera. However, it is unknown whether this individual took the $300 Pokémon card or not, according to the police report.
Other vendors present said they also had items stolen from their tables. They, however, did not file a report, according to the police report.
The individual who reportedly stole the vendor’s Pokémon card hasn’t been identified, according to the police report. .
