Eight University of North Florida students had the opportunity to take a ride in the “Vomit Comet,” a NASA plane that can simulate reduced gravity for approximately 15 to 30 seconds. These students conducted an experiment while on this plane ride, testing the flow of fluids in zero gravity. The UNF students were accepted on their first application, which surprised other schools.
