Fall parking permits on sale Monday

Ronnie Rodgers

With sticker decals now a thing of the past, the first wave of virtual passes will go on sale starting July 10 at 9 a.m.

At the time of purchasing you’ll need to know the license plate number, year, make and model of your car. Up to five vehicles can be registered to one permit, including motorcycles. However, only one car can be parked on the campus at a time or you run the risk of being ticketed.

Students’ first day to purchase permits is based on credit hours.

  • 90 credit hours: Monday, July 10th 9 a.m.
  • 60 credit hours: Monday, July 17th 9 a.m.
  • 20 credit hours: Monday, July 24th 9 a.m.
  • All other students: Monday, July 31st 9 a.m.

The virtual passes aren’t valid until August 16. When virtual passes go into effect, vehicles will only be able to park nose in. If a student wishes to back their vehicle in they will have to pay an additional $50 to do so.
