The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is coming to UNF

Victoria Reed

A production for The Wonderful Wizard Oz is coming to the Andrew A. Robinson Jr. Theater June 16th at 6 p.m.

The show will be directed by Alexa Mieses, and Bryan Jenkins is the featured guest artist. The classical story will be told through a whimsical interpretation featuring ballet, tap and flamenco, a highly-expressive dance characterized by hand clapping, foot percussion and more.

Dancers from Aluis Dance, a local dance school, will also be a part of the show. The production will feature dancers of all ages. It’s a great opportunity to support the arts in Jacksonville.

Tickets can be purchased by calling 904-374-3430.
