Four committees approved a $120,000 request for a Homecoming comedy show, $28,770 for wages, new elections rules that retire party names and changes to SG absence points rules.
Student Government's Budget and Allocations Committee granted travel requests from Upsilon Phi Delta, Climbing Club and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
SG Treasurer Morgan Wolf presented her budget proposal to the Budget and Allocations Committee Jan. 30. Wolf trimmed wages throughout the budget proposal as a start to the budget cuts, including OPS wages for the UNF Arena, SG Business and Accounting, and Recreation.
At the Budget and Allocations Committee meeting Oct. 20, the committee granted money to Christian organization CRU and the Command+N Graphic Design Club.
