The University of North Florida Board of Trustees Chair announced Monday the members of UNF’s Presidential Search Committee.
The 11-member search committee, led by UNF BOT member Jack Boyle, plays a key role in the process. It will provide the Board with an unranked pool of candidates to consider for UNF’s eighth president, according to a university press release.
The BOT will then select the next UNF president, subject to approval by the Florida Board of Governors.
“UNF has experienced extraordinary positive momentum in recent years, and few decisions are more consequential to the University than the selection of its next president to continue advancing its mission to educate students, conduct impactful research and support the needs of the Northeast Florida community,” said Moore in the press release.
