University of North Florida Athletics has signed a five-year agreement with Corporate Traffic Logistics to expand an existing partnership focused on student-athlete programs.
As part of the deal, the playing surface at Hodges Stadium will be renamed “Corporate Traffic Logistics Field at Hodges Stadium.” The company will also serve as the preferred logistics partner for UNF Athletics and receive branding placement at multiple athletic facilities on campus.
University officials said the agreement builds on a relationship that has included internships, hiring and sponsorships. Interim President Angela Garcia Falconetti said the university is grateful for the company’s involvement with students, while Athletics Director Nick Morrow pointed to its role in supporting athletic programs.
“Success in collegiate athletics is built on strong partnerships and meaningful community support,” said Nick Morrow, UNF vice president of intercollegiate athletics. “Corporate Traffic has been an incredible example of that commitment for more than 15 years, and this transformational investment takes our shared vision to a new level. Their continued engagement helps elevate the experience of our student‑athletes while strengthening UNF’s connection to the Jacksonville community.”
Corporate Traffic Logistics has participated in dozens of UNF career fairs in recent years and has hired interns and graduates, including former student-athletes. According to the university, about 20 UNF alumni currently work at the company’s Jacksonville headquarters.
Company President Chris Cline said the partnership formalizes ongoing collaboration between the organization and UNF.
In the past, Corporate Traffic Logistics has served as the title sponsor of UNF Business Career Fair over multiple semesters. Additionally, the company has helped develop the UNF Student-Athlete Scholarship Program and created a name, image and likeness (NIL) program involving UNF athletes.
