This is a cyanotype print, which is an alternative photographic process in which you paint on a blue, light sensitive liquid onto paper and then expose it to UV light. The photograph is an abstraction of the human form shot using harsh lighting in a studio setting. I used a harsh light to define the spine and of the figure.
