Kanye West drops a release date for his new album…Again

Erik Feliciano, General Assignment Reporter

Over the past two years, Kanye West has been teasing release date after release date for his ninth coming album, “Jesus Is King”.

Previously, the album was expected to be released at midnight on September 27. Due to some delays, it was pushed back to the following Sunday.

West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, said the delays were “Just a few final tweaks to the mixes.” In the end the album didn’t release on Sunday, and the album was pushed back again.

Late Sunday night, Kanye tweeted out what seemed to be the new release date of his album, Friday, October 25th. The album release will also coincide with the premier of his documentary film “Jesus is King.”

Only time will tell whether or not the album will be released this Friday.
