UNFPD dispatched an officer to the UNF Arena parking garage after a student reported that her car was stolen around 10:52 p.m. on Sept. 5.

The student stated that she parked her car in the garage between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., returned to place some items in her vehicle and then left again. The student stated that she had her hands full when she locked her vehicle, and either left her keys in the car door or dropped them in the area.

The student’s car, a white 2000 Toyota 4Runner, contained a red/white striped bag with a laptop, a blue duffel bag containing clothes and a Rack Room Shoes bag with shoes in it at the time it was stolen.

UNFPD searched the surrounding area and parking lots, but did not find the keys or the victim’s car. There were no witnesses or suspects at the time of the report.
