UPDATE (11:43 p.m.): A representative reached via phone said they “haven’t heard back” on a time-frame for repairs. The representative had no further comment. Hold times to speak with a representative were beyond 48 minutes.
UPDATE (11:27 p.m.): According to McGraw Hill, Learnsmart and Smartbook users are also experiencing loading issues. According to the support site, this problem can be corrected by clearing your browser’s cache. There is no reported solution for Connect users at this time.

Are you starting to get nervous because you can’t get that quiz or assignment turned in using McGraw Hill’s Connect? You’re not alone. According to an automated phone message at McGraw Hill, Connect is down.
“Connect users are experiencing an EZT001 error when accessing assignments. Some students may also be encountering slowness within the system. Our technical team is working to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.”
Wait times to speak with a representative were more than 15 minutes, according to the automated system. There was no estimated time frame for a fix.

Yep. It kicked me out in the middle of a quiz. I have about 1 hour to regain access before the timer runs out. I only had 5 questions left! cmoonnnnnnn
