If you primarily park in Lot 18, you may want to alter your usual route and enter via Eco Rd., Varsity Lane or the Central Pkwy. campus entrance starting at noon Thursday.

From Thursday, May 3 through Saturday, May 5, the university will be hosting the Florida High School Athletic Association Track and Field State Championship, meaning that the section of road adjacent to Lot 18 will be temporarily blocked off for the event.

Additionally, parking in Lots 5 and 46 will be exclusively reserved for event officials, staff and equipment. Lot 18 will accommodate both event parking as well as valid permit holders, so be prepared for less parking availability than usual.

Drivers may want to arrive at Lot 18 early in anticipation of the blocked road and limited space.

All traffic and parking will resume as normal after 9 p.m. on Saturday.
