Student Government released a survey that showed students are interested in Tex-Mex/Hispanic and Deli or Sandwich as cuisine options in the Student Union, which if chosen, might replace the Slice pizza venue or the Boathouse location.

Options for the survey included Chipotle, Moe’s and Taco Bell, Subway, Jersey Mikes and Jimmy Johns in place of Slice Pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Fridays and Ale house in place of the Boathouse.

Spinnaker spoke with Joe Lachina, resident district manager about the results of the survey.

“We’re still evaluating them and trying to narrow it down a little more to see if there is really a need to change things out,” said Lachina.

Spinnaker will keep you updated on this story as more information about the survey unfolds.
