SG Treasurer Morgan Wolf presented her budget proposal to the Budget and Allocations Committee Jan. 30. Wolf trimmed wages throughout the budget proposal as a start to the budget cuts, including OPS wages for the UNF Arena, SG Business and Accounting, and Recreation.
In the Board of Trustee's meeting Jan. 20, members discussed improving metric statistics that could potentially yield more state money for UNF. The board also looked at the Activity and Service fee allocation relating to the athletics fee and counseling fee.
After the Activity and Service Fee budget cut funds for a skate park attendant, the park will be closed July 1 because Student Affairs believes UNF could be liable for injuries in the unattended park.
