UNF’s women’s basketball looks to eliminate turnovers, turnover a new leaf

UNF ended last season with a 13-17 overall record and an 11-9 conference record. In comparison, the team proved abysmal on the road, posting a 3-12 record that the team looks to improve upon this season.

UNF women’s soccer season ends in defeat at the paws of Mercer Bears

“It’s always a difficult loss when you end the season,” head coach Linda Hamilton said. “We didn’t have our best effort today and that’s something that’s tough to do against a quality team like Mercer.”

Men’s Soccer Drops Ninth in a Row

The UNF men’s soccer team has now lost nine games in a row, the ninth coming at the feet of the top ranked Mercer Bears, 3-0. The loss on Oct.18 exceeds the number of years in a two-term presidency, and continues the deterioration of a season that started out promising, with the Ospreys winning three of its first five matches.
