A book lecture and signing by current and previous ospreys will be held at the UNF Bookstore on Thursday, Sept. 6 at 6 p.m.

“Critical Fit” and “The Last Dragoons of Aurok” are the topic books to be discussed by UNF graphic design student Brianna Miller, as well as UNF exercise science alumni Daniel Diaz Brauch and Michael Orallo.

The three Ospreys, with co-author Jared Dark, designed the books to serve their readers a fun and adventurous experience.

According to the Critical Fit website, Critical Fit is a fitness program with elements of classic tabletop role-playing games. You are able to perform fitness tests to make your character, attain a class, and build a campaign designed to get you fit and break through your limits.

After the lecture, they will discuss the research and science aspects of the books and share their work experiences post-graduation.
