Although the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department has completely cleared the scene of a four-car pile-up on Beach Blvd. and Kernan as of about 3:15 p.m. today, there is still heavy traffic in that area.

Students intending on driving near the intersection of Beach and Kernan should plan to run into heavy traffic this evening.
