The Swooptroupe presents: The Sound of Music

The Swooptroupe is presenting The Sound of Music, a wonderful, multi-oscar awarded musical about an Austrian abbey who becomes a governess in the home of a widowed Naval officer with seven kids. She warms the family’s lives with music and dance, all preceding World War II.

The Swooptroupe allowed us to get an inside look on part of their journey to “Climb Ev’ry Mountain” of rehearsing choreography and musical scenes.

Although the production is still trying to find a date for an opening night, they plan to perform in January.
