President Hailey Guerra announced that she rescinded her appointment of current Chief of Staff Caleb Grantham for vice president, and the position will open up for applications now through Dec. 4 for those who wish to apply.
“Student Government is truly a place for all students and we are dedicated to keeping students informed and being transparent,” Guerra said, “Which is why following Jordan Wilson’s resignation, I have opened a candidate search for the vice president role.”
According to Grantham, SG wanted to ensure that an adequate amount of time was allotted for the candidate search, and no decisions were made without proper vetting.
