Tropical Depression Nine may be heading this way, according to the National Hurricane Center. The storm is expected to wash over the northeast part of Florida Thursday evening.
According to a Facebook post by the University of North Florida, everything is operating on a normal schedule. If something changes and the storm becomes a larger threat, the Crisis Management Team will update students and faculty in a myriad of ways including emails, text messages, phone messages, information posted on UNF’s homepage, myWings and Blackboard, as well as social media.

Hi Sammy,
The storm will most likely affect FSCJ campus as well. It is predicted to make landfall in Jacksonville this Thursday.
Thanks,
