UNF has changed it’s plans and Monday classes are cancelled.
“While the campus is ready, people who attend classes and work here may not be,” the alert stated.
President John Delaney apologized for cancelling classes last minute but said that this decision would be best for students still dealing with the after math of Hurricane Matthew.
UNF campus was full of fallen trees and debris from the hurricane but, according to the alert, the campus is cleaned up and ready for students.
The library, gym, field house, student union and food services will be open tomorrow for students who do live on campus.
Classes will resume normally on Tuesday.
