Approximately 100 students were informed they would be receiving financial aid refunds because of a computer error this week.
Anissa Agne, Director of Financial Aid, stated UNF officials were running end-of-semester compliance processes mandated by the government, which started before the regular weekly refund process was completed. This resulted in a posting on student accounts.
“No refunds were due to the student[s], nor generated,” Agne said in a statement to Spinnaker.
