The man accused of masturbating in front of two female students has entered a not guilty plea on all charges on March 1.
Joseph Jenkins plead not guilty on four counts of exposing sexual organs — two of the alleged incidents happened on campus — and one count of stalking according to the Duval County Clerk of Court. All of Jenkins charges are misdemeanors, and he currently remains in jail, according to JSO.
Jenkins, or “Scorpio Joe” as he is also known, is accused of driving up to two female UNF students on separate occasions and exposed himself while asking for directions earlier this year.
Jenkins is expected to be back in court on March 28. Spinnaker will continue to follow this case.
