Tracking Dorian: Dorian strengthens to a Category 3

Hurricane Dorian has strengthened to a Category 3 and is anticipated to make landfall sometime Monday, September 2. At the time it makes landfall, it may be a Category 4.

UNF has cancelled classes for Tuesday, September 3 in preparation for the storm.
