America scarcely relents in its charge, building steadily upon psychedelic jams that culminate in explosive symphonies of sound. I can’t help but be reminded of a similar classic called Vision Creation Newsun by the Japanese avant-rock band Boredoms. The tone of the record is always an impenetrable elation, much like the Boredoms album.

Movie Review: ‘The Campaign’ dishes out social critique, belly laughs

By all accounts, walking into The Campaign, I was ready for a brainless few hours of physical humor and loud laughs. The casting of Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis, the brash, goofy humor associated with the duo and the film's overall scale led me to expect an over-the-top political comedy. Though entirely goofy and a riotous good time, the film was in no way brainless.

Campus prepares for an influx of freshmen residents

Incoming freshmen are now required to stay on-campus, but students can put in an appeal to live off-campus if they have financial issues or are over the age of 21, said Dei Allard, interim director of residence life. Freshmen who lived on campus during the summer sessions took advantage of the activities and events offered through Osprey Productions and Housing.
