News in brief: family dinner, “Out of this World” concert, Faces of Jacksonville

This week on campus, the LGBT Resource Center will have a family dinner, Jacksonville’s Children’s Chorus will present the 20th Anniversary “Out of this World” Concert and AfterImage Documentary will present short student documentaries about people and places in Jacksonville.

UNF recognizes same-sex couples and announces annual scholarships

Along with the state of Florida, UNF recognizes same-sex married students for tuition purposes. These couples will also be seen as legally married in the eyes of the OneStop administration. UNF also announced scholarships available for the 2015-2016 year. These scholarship range from $1000-$3000.
