Ogier Gardens to be hosting campus events on butterflies and tea

If you’re looking for some outdoor events to help keep you fresh for your upcoming summer exams, look no further.

On Wednesday, July 25, UNF’s Ogier Gardens is hosting an event called Butterflies & Caterpillars. From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., students will learn about butterflies, moths, caterpillars and “all things Lepidoptera,” according to the Facebook eventThe session will be led by student farmer, Eve Gray.

Also, on Friday, July 27, the Gardens will be hosting an event to educate students on how to dry and make their own herbal tea from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. This session will be led by Ogier Gardens staff member, Kelly Smith.

Both events will take place at the UNF Ogier Gardens behind Lot 18 and are free for students.
