The Tigers threatened with the bases loaded in the top of the ninth with two outs as Junior Kameron Misner stepped up to the plate, Misner hit two home runs in the second game of this series. Parenton talked to Spinnaker about the decision to put Miller in to face Misner.

“Left on left situation, Eddie came in yesterday and got the guy (Misner) out on one pitch. He was their guy and we weren’t going to let him go right on lefty,” Parenton said.

The Ospreys (1-1) head to Gainesville to take on the Florida Gators on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 6 p.m.

Worth Noting
