Osprey Productions (OP) announced through Instagram that Sublime with Rome is one of two headlining bands to play the first ever OZ Music Fest. The two-day festival will take place March 5 – 6 on the auxiliary field behind the Student Wellness Complex.
According to OP, one headlining band will be scheduled to play each day of the festival. Whether Sublime with Rome will play on the first or second day is yet to be announced. The other headliner and 12 supporting bands are expected to be unveiled by OP in the weeks prior to the music festival.
Sublime with Rome is the revival of the Ska band Sublime which, after the death of lead singer Bradley Nowell, disintegrated in 1996. Original member Eric Wilson (bassist) reformed the band in 2009 with singer Rome Ramirez.
