UPDATE — 2/16/17 @ 5:20
The network problems were resolved before 5 p.m., according to an update from Sharon Ashton. The UNF webpage, myWings, Blackboard and Canvas are now running.
UNF’s campus is currently experiencing a network degradation impacting all services, according to an Osprey Update. Some services are unavailable, while others are just degraded.
“In layman’s terms, it means that we’re having problems with the network,” said Sharon Ashton, Vice President for Public Relations. She said the problem is affecting the main UNF website, as well as myWings, all intermittently.
“People can’t access various systems that are available to them,” Ashton said.
MyWings and the main UNF website may be unavailable for students, faculty and staff. Canvas can be accessed directly here, and Blackboard can be accessed here.
According to Sharon Ashton, Vice President for Public Relations, a potential source for the problem has been identified, and they university is working to solve it.
