Eden Meyer Heads to the Finals

The lone Osprey will take flight in the NCAA track and field championship on June 8.
Junior Eden Meyer will be competing in the 10,000 at 10:08 pm eastern time (7:08 pacific).
Before the finals in Oregon, Meyer made her second career appearance in the NCAA East Preliminary in Lexington, Ky.
The biology major claimed a qualifying spot for the championship after running a time of 33:59.39 and finished in 12th place.
Meyer becomes the third track student-athlete, the first since 2012, to qualify for the NCAA Championship Finals.
The championship will last for five days and be held in Eugene, Ore.
