The LGBT Resource Center will be holding an LGBT Employment Summit in the west Student Union Ballrooms on April 6.

The event is geared towards persons of all sexual orientations and genders who are seeking employment opportunities in inclusive environments.

The event will include breakout sessions, networking opportunities from employers and a keynote address featuring Gina Leigh Duncan, Director of Transgender Equality at Equality Florida.

Employers that will be attending include: Baptist Health Jacksonville, City Year, Child Guidance Center, Chipotle, Community Rehabilitation Center, Fidelity Investments, Florida Blue, Mayo Clinic, The Graduate School at UNF, Starbucks, Women’s Center of Jacksonville and more.

The event is free, open to the public and includes breakfast and lunch.
