The 10th ranked UNF men’s golf team held strong at the Inaugural Autotrader.com Collegiate Classic Oct. 17-18. The team finished the tournament 9-under-par.
Sean Dale, Kevin Aylwin and Kevin Phlean finished in the top 10 individually, continuing to show their presence in the collegiate golf world. Dale finished third, Aylwin fifth and Phlean seventh. Joe Byun finished just outside the top 10, ending the tournament in 11th place.
Dale managed to tie his career low round and shot a tournament best of 6-under-par on the final day. He shot seven birdies and had just one bogey in the round.
UNF beat its rival Jacksonville University, which rounded out the tournament in last place.
