Spinnaker Media has numerous opportunities for students to get involved, from volunteering and internship to paid positions. These opportunities provide students with hands-on experience and an opportunity to create content for your portfolio and network with media professionals.
Volunteering at Spinnaker Media
Volunteering at Spinnaker Media is a great way to get involved on campus, build your resume, and network with other students. To get more information on volunteering, select the area you’re interested in below. We’ll reach out to get you started! You can also stop by our office on the second floor of the Student Union East building, Room 2200, during regular business hours.
Interning at Spinnaker Media
Are you looking for an internship for course credit toward your English or Communication degree? Spinnaker Media offers several pre-approved internships for undergraduate and graduate students.

Working at Spinnaker Media
Working at Spinnaker Media is a great way to get paid for a job you love while building your resume. We are now hiring for the Spring semester.
Apply online via Workday. Please be sure to include your portfolio, in addition to your resume.
Please note that you must be a student continuously enrolled at UNF for the duration of the position and not be on academic probation or suspension, as defined by the most recent University of North Florida course catalog, to be eligible for any of the following positions.
