The Flames went on a scoring spree in the sixth when they scored two runs off errors.

Freshman Denay Griffin drove in a run with an RBI single and in the same inning, a runner scored from third on a sacrifice bunt, cementing a 4-0 win over UNF.

Worth Noting

DiMartino picked up win no. 18 on the season as she threw seven scoreless innings, allowed four hits, and punched out six.

Senior Navia Penrod led the squad with three hits.

With this loss, the Ospreys are now in the losers bracket and wait to face the loser of the Lipscomb and North Alabama game.

Once the loser is decided, UNF and the opposing team will play on Thursday, May 9 at 3:00 p.m.
