Three students report sexual instances involving one student
On Dec. 8 at around 6:25 p.m., an officer responded to a call regarding complaints from three students about another student who made unwanted sexual advances against them.
The first witness, a 19-year-old male, told the officer that the subject invited him to his dorm room in October. While in the dorm room, the subject began touching the witness’s penis, which led to his ejaculation.* The witness said he was uncomfortable with the situation, but he did not report the incident because he did not want to cause any trouble.
The second witness, a 19-year-old female, reported a different incident with the same subject. She said the subject also invited her to his dorm room in October. The subject attempted to place his hands down the witness’ pants. She told the subject to stop and to take his hands out of her pants, and he did. However, he then proceeded to touch her crotch area from the outside of her pants. She said she was very uncomfortable with his actions, so she left the area.
The third witness, an 18-year-old male, told the officer that he received a back massage from the subject in the subject’s dorm room. The witness became uncomfortable when the subject started touching his waistband area. He told the subject that he was uncomfortable and left.
The officer made contact with the subject, who admitted that he was intimately involved with one of the male witnesses and the female witness. He said he kissed one of them, and he gave the other one a hand job. He said he never touched the other male witness in any sexual manner, but he considered him a close friend. None of the witnesses pressed charges against the subject. The officer recommended he be referred to Student Conduct.
